The great thing about other cultures, aside from the food obviously, are their wonderfully whimsical and sometimes unhinged phrases. Did your cat get the zoomies, or were they battling the midday demons? Why tell your neighbor to “go to hell” when you could politely suggest they “grow a pine tree out of their behind”?
