EP 121 - Eddie Blanco, Rethinking Real Estate Teams
Often Real Estate agents find themselves as independent contractors just winging it, doing every job themselves, even if they’re not the best at it. But why? Eddie Blanco and his team are rethinking real estate teams in a way that allows them to be more specialized in their roles, and the results are definitely speaking for themselves.Eddie was born and raised in Miami and is a first-generation Cuban immigrant. He’s stayed in the area because he loves the weather, diversity, and excellent fishing opportunities – but also because he’s committed to serving as a reliable and accountable resource for his clients and friends.
He is the broker and owner of Stratwell, a real estate brokerage with offices in Miami and Naples, Florida. Eddie and his team have closed more than 3,000 real estate transactions since 2008. Eddie is the Founding President of The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He is the 2022 incoming president of the Miami Association of Realtors and the Elite Real Estate Network president.
