Ep. 124 - No choice but to try and build everything with my two hands. With Molly Rose Brewing's Nic Sandery.
The only way to introduce Nic Sandery from Molly Rose Brewing in Collingwood, Victoria, is to say he is s great story teller. And he has plenty of stories to tell...he sure has packed a lot into his 30 something years on this planet. He took what he learned in his science degree at University and hit the road!
Nic as worked in a number of Australian breweries, spent time in the UK & Japan and worked two vintages at wineries back in Australia. All of these adventures have left him with a plethora of stories to tell and a whole lot of ideas to try and squeeze into the small space that Molly Rose calls home in Collingwood.
This is one of those episodes where I am discovering my guest's story, along with the listener, and they are the ones I love the most. The Molly Rose story is one that has many layers to it, and a few twists and turns.
