With limited inventory due to current market conditions we are seeing a dramatic rise in the use of escalation clauses. This in turn brings about a number of issues that we are beginning to see and the questions that people have with these clauses. We talked about escalation clauses in Episode 17, and in light of this new information, we revisit escalation clauses this week.
