Lani shares her experience as a former professional Olympic athlete and personal trainer qualified in pre-and post natal training and now also preparing to become a mum for the first time. We talk about how she's managing her own training through the different phases of the pregnancy as well as clients that she's been coaching pre- and post-pregnancy.
