In this episode, Marielle and Krystal discuss The Debut (2001), a movie following a young Filipino-American boy who has been out of touch with his Filipino culture and goes against the grain of his father's expectations. The movie takes place the night of his sister's debut/cotillion, highlighting traditional Filipino party moments like the smorgasbord of Filipino food laid out, line dancing, and dramaaaaaa. Needless to say, Marielle and Krystal had many thoughts and feelings and this is now a Dante Basco fan account.
