Up until a few weeks ago, I knew nothing about my guest on this episode. One day a mad keen craft beer lover from Canberra sent me a message. His name was Liam Adamaitys, and over the course of a week or two, and a couple of visits to the venue, he sent me many messages and pictures, professing his love for a place called Dangerous Ales.

He was so damn excited to tell me about it! I knew I just had to get their founder, Damian Martin (no not the ex-Australian Cricketer) onto the mic for a chat.

Dangerous Ales is on the South Coast of NSW, closer to Canberra than Sydney to be honest. And according to their biggest fan, they are bloody amazing, with a great story. You can judge for yourself!
