Laurence heads the Production Team at 4th Floor Creative Group, Sony Music’s creative team. He is a live and music promo Director who before joining Sony worked on music formats for ITV, Channel 4 and MTV. In his spare time he DJs and has released a few records himself in the past. Music is a passion of his and loves working alongside some of the greatest artists in the industry.
