What do you define as the 'soul', and what do you see as the 'spirit'?

In this one, I talk about the distinction between these two parts of the human system and how to focus on each of these. I also speak on the fact that they are actually related- two parts of the same equation.

I think it's important to know how a person relates to their soul and spirit; it's a part of our personal and self-growth. It definitely did that for me. I hope you enjoy this Soul Saturdays!
