We speak with Cleveland Reporter Tiarra Braddock; as she speaks on navigating the industry of Journalism/reporting as a young black woman, she also speaks about the trials and tribulations of the industry of having to take on new challenges moving and adapting to COVID. She speaks on how certain stories have impacted mental health as well as constantly moving and what it is like to have representation not only at a large level but a local level and being engaged within the communities that she reports in. Speaking also on the elevated responsibilities that come with media during times of the protests and recent incidents of police brutality and what the relations is like at the station!
