The building industry was one of the first major industries to see a very quick incline in costs at the start of the Covid pandemic early 2020, continuing well into the current inflated market. Yet while we've been sitting amidst this well publicised financial cycle for the last few years, it seems people are only just now really connecting the dots on how much inflation has impacted the cost of building or renovating a home. In this episode we offer transparency around current costs and considerations, not to discourage but to equip people with up-to-date information to have in their toolkit as they enter new building projects.
