This February we are celebrating black voices from the playa and our first guest is none other than Chef Juke (aka Patrice Mackey). Chef grew up on the east coast before moving west to the Bay Area and later Oregon. He has trained in the culinary arts and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the oldies (music), you can see where his playa name comes from. His playa experience goes back to the mid 90's. Currently he is in leadership of the DMV on the playa and is a staff member doing IT stuff. This is a great episode, Chef gets so animated talking about his "3 pillars" theory (what Burning Man is all about to him) he knocks his headphones off accidentally.
