Taylor Stokes is the owner and founder of Stōko, a coworking space in downtown Little Rock. Stōko offers “everything to make somebody have a successful day,” That includes furniture, conference rooms, a podcast room, high-speed internet and, of course, coffee.Stokes, born in Fort Smith, grew up in a faith affirming family. As she attended the University of Central Arkansas and then entered the work force upon graduation, her calling from God became more and more clear; to bring people together and to shine a light on the workplace.“I fully believe that we aren’t meant to do life alone - especially in our work space. If the recent pandemic has taught us anything it’s that surrounding yourself with community and local support changes everything. It makes an 8-5 brighter, dreams feel more realistic and life a whole lot less lonely,” says Stokes.Opening in 2022, Stokes prays that as Stōko grows continues to be a space where people can develop and nurture their own dreams.
