20 year Navy veteran Dave Schantz comes on to tell us all about the amazing opportunity that the DoD SkillBridge offers transitioning military members as well as companies looking to gain access to some of the most talented people on the planet. Dave is the admin for the DoD SkillBridge Community of Practice on LinkedIn, a group that connects these military members to the recruiters they are hoping to build a relationship with.
