Jesus taught that unless we become like little children again, we cannot enter the kingdom of Heaven. In this first episode, Cassie discusses her thoughts on how falling out of alignment in our energy centers can be likened to falling out of Heaven. She elaborates on the idea that as children, we exist in a heavenly mind state and as we go through the challenges of Life, we begin to feel tired and weary - mostly due to our not being taught how to properly release stress and replenish our energy from a Higher Power.

She shares different ways that we can work more intimately with our energy centers, invite healing to ourselves from past trauma, bring alignment to our Chakras and begin to experience the joys of Life as seen through the eyes of a child; to witness Heaven on Earth.
