This week David chats with a great and multi-talented man. Jimmy Watkins has reached sporting and musical highs in both athletics and music; from being an elite athlete representing Team GB in the 800m in 2006, to performing in the band Future of the Left. Today he can be found running around Llanelli and hosting the Megabus to the Ritz podcast. 

This week's episode was recorded during the lockdown and as you will hear, there are a number of disruptions from doorbells, animals and children which has all been left in as a reminder that life is a little odd at the moment and as a record of the time.
