Join Mak & Jubes this week as they discuss men's mental health. Since neither Jubes nor Mak identify as a man, they invited Jubes' brother Graylin on to tell us a little bit about his experiences with mental health and what he does to cope. Graylin is very open about his struggles, what he has gone through, and he drops some wisdom nuggets on us, even though he does take us on a quick Crocodile intermission. We then end this episode with a fun game of "mansplaining" because why not? We hope you enjoy this episode and meeting Jubes' brother.
