Charmaine is the founder of Biddie, a modern apothecary + lifestyle brand. She originally trained as a performance artist, writer and director and became interested in mind-spirit-body health through her preparation and training for the stage. She created Biddie as an ode to the life lessons she has learned along the way with the goal of assisting womxn on their journey to improved health and internal wellbeing. She’s combined both her creativity and business acumen to inspire and produce products that enrich and improve the femxle experience. Oh and she’s also a momma of 2, so she shares some great advice for fellow caregivers needing to carve out time for their passions.
