On this episode, I wanted to bring in a long time friend of mine, Randall Pich. Randall is the ceo of Live Fit Apparel, Top Threads and is involved with a few other business ventures that he mentions on this episode. Randall is a Long Beach native and we became friends back in 2008 in our days of personal training Bally Total Fitness. I've been lucky enough to not only befriend Randall, but also see him hussle and grow his empire to what it is today. We had a lot of fun recapping his upbringing, his involvemnt in the fitness industry, how he got to where he is today with LVFT, and just having some fun conversation. On top of that, Randall shares some serious life advice for entrepenurs and anyone that just needs some inspirations. Really do hope you guys enjoy it!
