On January 6th 2023 I took the day to reflect on the historical celebrations of January 6th including the Feast of the Epiphany, The Theophany, and the Three Kings(Magi) Day. I also weave into my discussion the concept of "sacramental imagination"; how Christians of every age must re-imagine how the story of Jesus and the ancient Hebrews making it relevant and prophetic to our current moment. And it's sacramental because imagination is a sacred avenue for the grace and spirit of God. The conclusion was perhaps a fool-hardy and reckless, but none-the-less prophetic, admonition of the support and idolatry of the "Herods" of our time.
