Every conversation is geared to helping people figure out what they could do as a hobby. Robison Wells is an example of doing things to maintain a sense of well being. They talk about pursuing hobbies on a budget and that anyone can do something that they love. Parents should support their kids (within reason) regarding the hobbies that they enjoy. 

Don't be afraid to try new things. If you believe that you can do it, you will. You can.
