Another weekend of Premier League action in the books and with 34 goals scored over the ten games.

The league table is beginning to take shape with most sides now having played nine matches and set for a hectic four-week period before the World Cup break comes along.

Manchester City yet again showed it is going to take something special to beat them to the title this year but Arsenal demonstrated they are continuing to improve with a superb win over Liverpool.

Manchester United and Chelsea meanwhile continued to make good progress under their new managers, while Newcastle enjoyed a second thumping win in a row.
