This sounds simple, right? Like something we should have learned in grade school!
But so many of us have such a hard time expressing what we need.
We get stretched too thin. We don't speak up.
We pretend everything is ok.
We think what we are feeling is dumb and brush it off.
Then it shows up in our relationship with food.
We get anxious or angry and take it out on ourselves by eating, restricting or some other behavior.
This episode I give you several examples on HOW to set a boundary, why it is important and one thing most people miss when doing so.
