Shaji Krishnan is a graduate from McGill University, Montreal and has been working in the Canadian nuclear industry for more than 30 years.

His passion and interest in Sanatan Dharma is attributed to his parents introducing him to the world of Vedanta and Swami Chinmayananda during his teenage years.
