What do those two little words bring to mind? Do they bring thoughts of wedded bliss and a lifetime of joy? Do they bring longing, pain, or regret? Is it some combination of the above?

In many ways, Christians have been the champions of "marriage." While there are plenty of good reasons for that, it made us wonder: what about Christians who aren't married? Is singleness REALLY just as good and God-pleasing as marriage? We tackle these and related questions with our friend Cody MacMillan, a gifted pastor-in-training who also happens to be single. We examine the ways we see marriage and singleness represented in churches today in light of some relevant Scripture and personal experience.
