Everything stems from the power within and the love that encompasses our communal truth.  This concept of self love and how we can be the ultimate giver and receiver to heal ourselves is ultimate power.  This is not done solely through the individual, as P & V explore how self love is rich through the guidance of community.  The other concepts explored in this episode is showing up for yourself, love languages, and how self worth is a strong driver of your life choices and life force.
