As highly sensitive women, many of us learned to adapt early on without ever being given the language to understand how deeply our nervous systems were involved. These beliefs don’t dissolve all at once. They soften over time through awareness, safety, and gentle presence.
In this conversation, I share why unraveling old beliefs is a gradual process, not a one-time breakthrough, and why nervous system safety and pacing matter when exploring deeper layers of healing.
