LET’S BE SELFISH!

Now hear me out, I don’t mean to be selfish in a negative way where you have lack of consideration for others. I am saying that it’s time to pay more attention to ourselves and make sure we are taken care of. 

In this conversation we take a look at how we were raised and the belief that we have to be selfless to be valuable. I share my own personal stories of putting other people first and the results of not taking care of me. 

It’s time we turn the tables and reframe how we look at being SELFISH!
