There is a massive culture in business these days that says “You should never ask someone to do something that your are not prepared yourself to do!”
Sorry got to disagree with that one, and in this blast cast episode I discuss why it is fine to do the opposite of that! Like many things in business we all have a opinion as to what is right or wrong and this debate certainly divides people.
And I would be interested to hear your thoughts on it?
