Here’s how I’ve managed clients, meetings, and mumming today.
1. Take 5 minutes to set your top 3 priorities for the day.
2. Stay aware throughout the day of when your “unmoveable” things like meetings are so you can plan to use downtime productively.
3. Keep unexpected important interruptions focussed and as brief as appropriate.
4. Keep pen and paper handy to jot down thoughts and ideas as they come to mind.
5. Take time (even just 15 minutes with a coffee) to flesh out ideas and nut out plans.
6. Stay focussed during your chunks of uninterrupted time so you know you’ve achieved something productive.
And if you do drop some balls (let’s face it, we all do) be kind to yourself. You’re doing your level best!
Meanwhile, keep your eyes peeled! I’m working on a special offer of a “bundled” package of programs for you to access in 2020 at a very special rate.
Much love, Tess. X
