Do you need to be an expert in the field that you decide to start your business in?
In this week’s episode, Amer, Austin, and John discuss some really great points on if you are already a master in the trade that you decide to start your business in, then there’s a possibility that you will not hire talent for your company because you may feel that you yourself have all the perfected skills required to do the job already. And if you were to start a company that you were less experienced in, and you were scared and anxious about your ability to produce in your geographical area, you would likely put a lot more effort into recruiting top talent in your field.
