As many of you know I am a massive fan of outsourcing to build your business! And the 70/30 principle is a fantastic way to decide if you should outsource a task, or if you are lucky enough to have staff delegate it to them!

Unfortunately, many professionals or small business owners, don’t outsource or delegate nearly enough and doom themselves to owning a task forever because they wait until someone else is able to do a task as well as they can.

And this can have a serious effect of holding you and your business back, because you are spending time that you could be doing valuable things that make you money. But instead you spend time doing things that could be done by others!
