As I'm sure you can relate, I've been experiencing a LOT of change this year, this month, this season. For me it's been the pandemic, and getting married, and moving, and evolving my career, but I'm sure you can list all all your own top changes as well.

I've been thinking lately about how all this change has impacted my self-worth; how it challenges my identity and worth -- and how it helps it. So I've recorded a solo episode to explore some of this, and I have a feeling I'll be exploring this for a while longer.
