Too often we think “if I only knew 'how' to"!

We need to ask ourselves “why”… the why is the reason and the way!

1st: Look and listen… be open, a vessel, a cup.

2nd: Take note… it’s like writing down a recipe and reading the instructions.

3rd: Apply… what good is owning a beautiful dress if we never wear it, having fine china you never use?

4th: Embody/PRACTICE... it’s like wearing high heels until you don’t fall, until if feels natural to you.

Everything is a working-in-progress… A never-ending journey, to be enjoyed. Never a one-and-done thing.

This is MY WORK too, I feel like I could say so much… but I still need to go deeper within and find the words.
