But I really did have an addiction to this one activity from 2006-2011 and it ended up taking a full year of my life. My time and money was lost and even at certain points, my health and well-being was at risk.

I want to share this story just so y'all can learn a little bit more about me and hopefully reflect on some of your addictions in your life- because we all have dependencies at some point or another. Enjoy this one.
