This mantra will help you know that you are ready for the day, and feel invigorated and ready for whatever's on your agenda.
- Keep focused with this mantra "I am ready" as we breathe in our integrative breathwork session (< 7 minutes of actual breathing).
- Follow the breath pattern of the halo-active (long inhale/exhale) and then the blow breath (short exhales snapping the belly in as you focus on the exhale)
- Close out with a few top and bottom holds and reflect on the experience.
