Suzy is a mother of two, an author, Chartered Psychologist and Coach. She specialises in self-care, helping people manage their stress, emotions, and energetic bank balance. 
 
I have always loved her first book ‘The Self-Care Revolution’ and now she has written another, equally powerful book: ‘Self-Care for Tough Times’. 
 
Reading it was like receiving a warm and soothing hug and talking with Suzy filled me with so much love and comfort and I hope hearing the conversation will do the same for you.
