Part 4 is not for whimps! It is certainly is the litmus test on where we are at as Pastors! Are we prideful in sharing from the pulpit? Do we know how to be honest when making Pastoral policies in a fellowship? Or are do we cloak our decisions in strength language so as to not be exposed of our personal struggles?
