This week we bring on a special guest. Our man Steve has been a huge fan of Milan for a while now and put in a special request to get him on. Milan agreed and away we went.

Milan is a knife maker that specializes in the Japanese style of knives, but even more so is the fact he specializes in stone sharpening. This is where Steve found himself really wanting to know more. We chat a lot about this and much of Milan's life as a knife maker. Another great episode! Thanks Milan!
