But recently our friend quoted her teacher, saying that “it's when you hold the pose that you build strength.” That’s right — it's the challenge that teaches us a deeper stability. Well, this week we talk about “holding the pose” in life. When things get shaky, when do we want to drop our arms and give up? Do we get reluctant to breathe deeper and go within? When we want to give up, what might holding the pose teach us?
