Aaron interviews Derek one the three Black male owners of the restaurant RYMKS Bar and Grille. We discuss how they purchased a bar during the height of the pandemic. They all have restaurant and business experience that has helped them navigate through the pandemic. The restaurant is located in Little Italy 819 East Pratt Street.
