Self-trust is something I talk about a lot with my clients.
 
Without it, you are forever wondering if you are doing enough, doing it right, or if so and so really likes you.

You become indecisive and ultimately drive yourself insane.

And sometimes you get hit with a, "You weren't trusting yourself again", lesson or reminder. 

In this week's episode, I share with you a recent experience where I didn't trust myself, why, and what the outcome was.
