The past two weeks have been a personal unraveling for me and I've hesitated sharing the behind the scenes because they feel incredibly messy.   Today's episode feels vulnerable, but like Brene says, "vulnerability feels like truth and tastes like courage" so maybe there's some light on the other side of this <3
