It's been a hot minute! I took a 6-month hiatus/winter hibernation. I found myself at the end of last year resisting all the things I'd held myself accountable to....my health protocols, my supplement regime, my daily routine, and therapy schedules, AND my business, clients etc. I wanted more freedom, I needed it. 




The pressure to be consistent with everything in my life was feeling heavy and stale. So I took a step back, gained some perspective, and realized that I don't always thrive on inconsistency, structure, and routine, and many of you are probably the same! 




This is an 'I'M BACK' episode, as well as a wrapping up of the 1st season of the WHOLE SELF podcast. A farewell to what it has been and an opening for a newer, improved, and more aligned future of the podcast.
