On August 4th, Mr. Prude’s family released the body-cam footage from his March 2020 detainment, and the medical examiner has classified his deaths a “homicide”. Rochester’s Chief of Police and Mayor have both come under fire as accusations of a cover-up are being thrown around. Who’s really responsible for Mr. Prude’s death?
