The phrase, "act as if" is one that has resonated with me a lot this year. I am constantly working on improving my mindset to produce better outcomes. For example, I have an idea of what my ideal self will look like, live like, and think like but I can't wait until I get "there" to start acting like it. 

It's the thoughts, habits and practices I change now that matter because it will inevitably lead up to me becoming that ideal self... if that makes sense. In simpler terms (also taken from one of my fav books, The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent) "You cannot continue to offer the same vibration that got you to where you are now to get to someplace different."
