We live in an era where we have unlimited access to information right in our pocket.  We can easily bypass the wisdom and connection of talking to those who have been through the struggle.  Sheldon has been in business for decades and his biggest regret was not finding a good mentor early on to help him navigate the obvious pitfalls.  Today he mentors business students at Gonzaga University and talks about how to be excited everyday with your work.
