Harold Olivey, FACET Class of 2022 and Clinical Assistant Professor of Biology and Department Chair at IU Northwest. Olivey also serves as the FACET Associate Director for IUN and a member of the 2023 Annual Retreat. He has a passion and dedication for student success and teaching.

FACET strives to further IU’s teaching mission by helping faculty explore new teaching methods, advance the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, and connect with each other to form a university-wide network for teaching excellence. All of this enables them to focus on their ultimate goal: helping students learn.
