SO many of us are struggling to being who we truly are.. because of years of people pleasing, feeling worthless, and losing ourselves in the process.

There are many aspects / things you can implement into your life to begin this journey.

This episode will cover :

- How asking yourself the right questions is what matters

- How the relationship with yourself is the most important one you will ever have

- Opening yourself up to new ways of thinking

- Distancing yourself from abusers and narcissists

- Ignoring what you "do well" & following what makes you "feel well"

- Pushing through feelings of guilt and selfishness
