Rosy Cooper has had an interesting journey as an athlete to get the where she is today. Starting off as a talented junior she was scouted for talent development programs but, later fell out of love with the sport in her early twenties taking a break for around 10 years before picking it back up again later in life.
In this episode she talks about how her talent remained and she managed to drop 5mins off her 10km time of 40mins - 35mins in 1 year pointing to some insightful tips that helped her train.
